Help Animals In Need.View email in web browser. Create Safe Passage For Panthers The Florida panther is one of the most endangered mammals in America with as few as 100 remaining in the wild. The leading cause of death for these animals is highway traffic. Last year alone, 19 panthers were killed and if further road development encroaches on their territory, that number could easily rise.
We need to hurry. As more subdivisions, industrial complexes and highways rise up in Floridian woodlands, panthers will surely lose access to native habitat and face new dangers. Protecting these animals needs to be made a priority over further development.
Write now to the U.S. Fish And Wildlife Service and Department Of Interior and urge them to take action now, before this magnificent animal becomes extinct! Let Panthers Live
