"Will You Be an Angel," PETA's brand-new video featuring some of our vital work for dogs.
As I write this message, a "forgotten" dog sits shivering in a trash-strewn backyard, exposed to the cold, the snow flurries, and the bone-chilling wind. This lonely animal, like others we have found and still others we are out looking for, has only one hope to keep a bit warmer and escape the harsh elements of winter: the many caring people like you who support PETA's "Angels for Animals" program.
I invite you to witness firsthand what happens when—with the help of Angels for Animals donors—PETA touches the life of a lonely dog, relegated to a backyard without adequate shelter from the winter cold, and brings gifts that will help alleviate the prolonged suffering.
You can help a cold and neglected dog by supporting PETA's "Angels for Animals" program today. Your sponsorship gift will help us provide a dog who is deserted outdoors, curled up in a tight ball, whining and shivering all alone without a friend in the world, and trying just to make it through each long night, with a sturdy doghouse filled with straw bedding. Our doghouses are built to last—they give neglected "backyard dogs" a place to curl up out of the sleet, the rain, and the snow. They give these dogs a chance to try to fend off some of the winter chill, and they give them badly needed shade during the summer.
Please watch our new video right now, and help us provide a forgotten dog suffering alone in the cold, the wind, and the rain with a straw-filled doghouse.
Thank you for helping us give love, shelter, a moment's joy, and a lasting, useful gift to a dog in need who had almost nothing until we came along.
